PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a movable guide part of a paper guide or the like.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes a sheet supply part 31 having a placing part 41, a turning member 43, the movable guide part 45, and a fixed guide part 47 or the like. The movable guide part 45 and the fixed guide part 47 are members that abut on both ends in the width direction of a sheet to guide the sheet in a proper conveying direction and prevent sheet skew. A housing 3 has a pair of sidewall parts 51, 53, and a notched part 55 is provided on the sidewall part 51. By forming the notched part 55 in the housing 3, a wider space is secured between an operation part 45B and the sidewall part 51 than when a structure equivalent to the notched part 55 is not provided. Accordingly, when the operation part 45B is operated, the operation is hardly hindered by the sidewall part 51 and the operability of the movable guide part 45 can be improved.
