Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a seat belt retractor which is capable of releasing hand and temporary placing retractor on a body panel in an assembly line to improve the mounting work by contriving the frame of the retractor.SOLUTION: In the seat belt retractor 10, a T-shaped pawl part 22f locked to an upper side panel 31 is provided in then upper stay 22 of the retractor frame 12, and a lower stay 23 and a pair of side plate parts 21a, 21b form a holding part 24 for holding the body panel 30 between them.
