Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method for a highly pure albumin, comprising a step of obtaining a purified albumin solution by applying a first albumin solution in a range of pH of 8.0-9.5 and a conductivity of 1-75 mS.cmto an affinity chromatography step of performing a negative mode for albumin and using an affinity matrix containing immobilized dihydroxyboryl group.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for recombinant albumin, which includes culturing a fungal cell expressing a recombinant albumin coding sequence, wherein the cell has a reduced capacity of mannosylation of the recombinantly-expressed albumin. The purification method for high-purification-expressed and secreted albumin comprises the steps of performing positive mode cation exchange chromatography, positive mode anion exchange chromatography, positive mode affinity chromatography, negative mode affinity chromatography (preferably using immobilized aminophenylboronic acid), negative mode cation exchange chromatography, and negative or positive mode anion exchange chromatography.
