PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform addition and deletion of a communication program which realizes a communication protocol for a communication device.SOLUTION: A communication demon program operation unit 12 registers reference destination information and setting information in a registration table 13 when a registration request of a first communication demon program 14 is received along with its reference destination information and setting information, and deletes the reference destination information and setting information of the first communication demon program 14 from the registration table 13 when a registration cancellation request of the first communication demon program 14 is received. The communication demon program operation unit 12 executes the first communication demon program 14 on the basis of the reference destination information and the setting information registered in the registration table 13 when an execution instruction is received from a communication demon program execution instruction unit 11.
