PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of cause to hinder signal processing using an imaging result, in an electronic pen.SOLUTION: A first circuit board 30 is provided in a housing 10A and an imaging device 50 is mounted on a board surface 30A of the first circuit board. A second circuit board 60 is provided so as to face the board surface 30A, and has, on a side of an opening 12, a tip part 62 including a cutout part 61 into which the imaging device 50 is inserted. On the second circuit board 60, there is mounted a signal processing circuit 101A for performing processing, using an imaging result of the imaging device 50, and an irradiation part 70 for irradiating a medium outside the housing 10A with light from the opening 12 is mounted in an area, of the tip part 62, facing the board surface 30A. The imaging device 50 images reflected light from the medium, incident from a part inserted into the cutout part 61.
