PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which can further reduce communication traffic in an entire communication area for inter-vehicle communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication device mounted on a first moving body comprises: a reception unit for receiving a first message including a travel schedule of a second moving body transmitted from another radio communication device; a storage unit for storing the travel schedule of the second moving body included in the first message received by the reception unit; a travel schedule calculation unit for calculating a travel schedule of the first moving body; a collision possibility determination unit for determining a possibility that the first moving body and the second moving body collide on the basis of the travel schedule of the first moving body and the travel schedule of the second moving body stored in the first storage unit; a transmission control unit for, when the travel schedule of the first moving body is changed, controlling transmission of second messages which are different in necessity of response, according to a determination result by the collision possibility determination unit; and a transmission unit for transmitting the second message to the other radio communication device.
