Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a high damping laminate, from which a laminate having excellent rigidity while maintaining high damping properties can be obtained and whose vulcanizate shows low compression permanent distortion.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the high damping laminate includes 10 to 60 pts.mass of silica, 0.1 to 30 pts.mass of polylactic acid based resin, 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of resorcin and 1 to 15 pts.mass of methylene donor based on 100 pts.mass of a crosslinkable rubber component.
