Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant microorganism in which the expression of a target gene inserted in the genome of a host microorganism is controlled by a cellobiose.SOLUTION: The microorganism includes the glucomannan assimilation operon of Bacillus subtilis comprising gmuB gene, gmuA gene, gmuC gene, gmuD gene, gmuR gene, gmuE gene, gmuF gene and gmuG gene, or an operon composed of each of the gene corresponding to the genes acting as glucomannan assimilation operon, on the genome, wherein the target genes are operably linked to the downstream portion of genes corresponding to the gmuG gene or gmuG gene.
