PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type touch panel member having excellent adhesion reliability and less causing degradation in an ITO layer, and to provide a resistance film type touch panel having the resistance film type touch panel member.SOLUTION: A resistance film type touch panel member includes: an electrode plate having a peripheral electrode provided on an ITO layer deposited on a substrate; and a double-sided tape in a frame shape, stuck to the electrode plate along the peripheral electrode. The double-sided tape includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising the following pressure-sensitive adhesive on both surfaces of a base material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises: 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic copolymer prepared by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as a main monomer and 0.5 wt.% or more and less than 5 wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing monomer; 10 to 50 parts by weight of a tackiness imparting resin; and a crosslinking agent.
