Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parking brake device that can prevent generation of contact sounds in a planetary gear mechanism.SOLUTION: An elastic member 58 is interposed between a nonrotating element 51 of a planetary gear mechanism 5 and a caliper body 13, and the nonrotating element 51 is resiliently pressed against a wall surface 411g of a housing 41. By this, since backlash of the nonrotating element 51 due to vibration during vehicle running can be suppressed, contact sounds due to contact between the nonrotating element 51 and the housing 41 can be prevented.
