Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method capable of starting a blowing apparatus so that a plurality of blowers are not mutually interfered in starting the blowing apparatus in which the plurality of air bearing type blowers are serially arranged, and to provide a control means and a fuel cell power generation system provided with them.SOLUTION: The method for controlling a blowing apparatus 6 starts an upstream side blowing means 31 after starting a downstream side blowing means 32 when starting the blowing apparatus 6, the blowing apparatus 6 having the plurality of blowing means 31, 32 having air bearing type bearings 39 arranged serially. The control device 34 of the blowing apparatus 6 is provided with a delay circuit 52 for starting the upstream side blowing means 31 after starting the downstream side blowing means 32 when starting the blowing apparatus 6. In the fuel cell power generation system 1, matters as above are applied to the control method or the control device of the blowing apparatus 6 installed in a supply passage of a fuel gas or air.
