Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer inside a hollow pipe, which allows wires fixed to a balloon body to be driven in a hollow pipe and to be fixed at a predetermined position with the inflated balloon, having a structure which prevents the balloon body from being tilted inside the hollow pipe when the balloon body is driven in and further prevents the wires from being bent.SOLUTION: A retainer inside a hollow pipe includes a core member formed of a pipe body with a closed top face and a balloon body with upper and lower openings. The core member passes through inside the balloon body via both of the openings. The inner face of both of the openings and the outer face of the core member are airtightly sealed. The external surface of the balloon body is provided with an air inflow valve.
