Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous surface treating composition which can remarkably improve an anti-corrosion property by being applied to a surface of aluminum, "aluminum or magnesium alloy containing no or at most 20% zinc", or a plating body thereof and being sintered.SOLUTION: The aqueous surface treating composition includes a titanium complex composition having a chemical structure and composition formed by reacting and/or mixing a titanium compound oligomer (a), an amine compound (b), and a glycol compound (c) further including a chemical structure and a composition formed by reacting and/or mixing a silicon compound (s) having one or more alkoxy group in the molecule, wherein the aqueous surface treating composition is used on the surface of the aluminum, "aluminum or magnesium alloy containing no or at most 20% zinc", or the plating body thereof.
