The connecting band 14 is vertically arranged along a side section or a rear section in a backrest 70B of a seat 70. The locking implements 13 of the upper and lower end of the connecting band 14 are locked to an upper side and a lower side of the seat 70, and concretely speaking, has a locking frame 13A and a locking plate 13B. Longitudinal direction-ends of the holding band 12 are freely attached to/detached from each other, and holds an object by connecting the ends. The connecting band 14 places the locking implement 13 and the holding belt 12 in a line.
