DIGITAL IMAGE ARCHIVING AND RETRIEVAL USING MOBILE DEVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide digital image archiving and retrieval using a mobile device system.SOLUTION: A computer-processing method of managing information is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: receiving a message from a mobile device configured to be connected to a mobile device network (the mobile device has a digital camera, and the message includes a digital image imaged by the mobile device and including information corresponding to words); determining the word from the digital image information by using optical character recognition; indexing the digital image on the basis of the word; and storing the digital image for later retrieval of the digital image on the basis of one or two or more received retrieval terms.
