PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical operation training device that enables a user to more effectively practice a simulated surgical operation including cutting and suturing a simulated stomach and a simulated intestine.SOLUTION: A surgical operation training device 1 has a simulated internal organ fixing base 10 that comprises: a base comprising a bottom section, a first side section provided substantially perpendicular to the bottom section, and a second side section provided opposite to the first side section; a duodenum-side fixing section provided on the bottom section for fixing, upwardly from the bottom section, an end at the duodenum side of a simulated stomach 20 that is formed by styrene thermoplastic elastomer resin in the form of a three-dimensional stomach having a hollow therein; an esophagus-side fixing section provided on the first side section for fixing an end at the esophagus side of the simulated stomach 20 substantially parallel to the bottom section; and a duodenum fixing section arranged on the second side section, at a position toward the duodenum-side fixing section from a position opposite to a second fixing section for fixing, substantially parallel to the bottom section, an end of a simulated intestine section 30 that is formed by the styrene thermoplastic elastomer resin in the form of a three-dimensional intestine having a hollow therein.
