COOKING HEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking heater which achieves such boil cooking as allowing a flavor to preferably soak through in a short time even if an amount and a sort of load are changed.SOLUTION: The cooking heater includes: a microwave generator 1; an inverter 2 for feeding electricity required for generating a microwave from the microwave generator; a heating chamber 3 for storing a load for heating with a microwave; and a control unit 4 for controlling the inverter to allow the electricity for the microwave generator to be variable. The cooking heater includes a boiling mode as a control method of the control unit which exerts an effect of promoting boiling and controls the microwave generator to repeat a period of operating at a first electricity and a period of operating at a second electricity, thereby achieving such boil cooking as allowing a flavor to preferably soak through in a short time even if an amount and a sort of load are changed.
