Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling water pump which facilitates reducing a warm-up operation time and is less likely to waste a drive force of an engine.SOLUTION: The engine cooling water pump includes: a drive rotator 2 which rotates by the drive of the engine; a driven rotator 4 which makes an impeller rotate; an intermediate rotator 5 which contacts outer circumferential surfaces 2a, 4a of the drive rotator 2 and the driven rotator 4 and has an outer circumferential surface 5a making the driven rotator 4 driven-rotated by the rotation of the drive rotator 2; and a displacement mechanism 9 which makes the outer circumferential surface 5a of the intermediate rotator 5 displace to contact with and separate from at least one of the outer circumferential surfaces 2a, 4a of the drive rotator 2 and the driven rotator 4.
