Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new treatments for gout that are more effective and/or are better tolerated.SOLUTION: The invention provides 4-[2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4-chlorophenoxy]-5-chloro-2- fluoro-N-(1,3-thiazol-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the treatment of a disease associated with elevated blood uric acid levels, such as hyperuricemia or gout. In another aspect the invention provides the tosylate salt of 4-[2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4-chlorophenoxy]-5-chloro-2-fluoro-N-(1,3-thiazol-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide.
