Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of coating a structure, in which masking is not required.SOLUTION: In the method of coating the structure 10, the structure 10, which has a dimensional control hole 12 requiring dimensional control on a coating surface 14 to be coated by dipping, is coated with a coating material so that the coating material does not enter the dimensional control hole 12. There is provided a large diameter hole 16, provided with a depth by which the coating material 22 does not enter the dimensional control hole 12 in the dipping and having a larger diameter than that of the dimensional control hole 12, on an opening side of the dimensional control hole 12 of the structure 10. The structure 10 is coated by dipping into the coating material 22 in a condition that the large diameter hole 16 is faced downward so that the coating material 22 does not enter the dimensional control hole 12.
