PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving device which carries out program recommendation sufficiently reflecting a preference of a user on the basis of imaging position information of a still picture.SOLUTION: A digital broadcast receiving device includes: still picture adding information analyzing means 13 for synthetically determining the priority of an imaging position of a read still picture; program place name information analyzing means 24 for extracting a keyword capable of specifying a geographical position or a range such as a place name or a landmark name from program information; position overlapping evaluating means 33 for obtaining a map range corresponding to each extracted keyword by referring to map information related to the geographical position and the range of the place name or the landmark name, and evaluating an overlapping degree of the map range and an imaging position range having a predetermined priority; recommended program analyzing means 34 for setting the priority of a program including the keyword corresponding to the map range in which the overlapping degree exceeds a predetermined value to be high level; and recommended program notifying means 35 for producing a user interface for recommending the program of which the priority is set to be high.
