WINDING DEVICE FOR FLEXIBLE WOUND WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device which accurately winds a wire around a flexible wound wire.SOLUTION: A winding device is composed of a guide pipe 13 for supporting a flexible wound wire 102; one side chuck 23 for gripping one end portion 102a of the wound wire 102; the other side chuck 33 for gripping the other end portion 102b; a first servo motor 43 for rotating the one side chuck; a second servo motor 53 for rotating the other side chuck, which is attached to a moving piece 54 moving forward/backward so as to be energized in a direction always separating from the first servo motor 43; a tension unit 63 equipped with a wire supply portion 64 supplying the wire 102 from a wire introducing slit 15 of the guide pipe 13, and capable of detecting a position; and an actuator 73 with a third servo motor 76 for making a traveling body 65 mounted with the unit 63 travel. Each motor 43, 53, and 76 can uniformly wind the wire 102 without uneven winding while suppressing extension during winding by synchronously controlling rotations.
