Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which achieves high reliability.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a solar cell module 1000, including a solar cell element 100, an acetic acid block sealing material 200, EVA sealing materials 300 and 320, and a protection material 400, is provided. The solar cell element 100 is a thin film silicon type solar cell element where a power generation region 120 is formed on a light receiving surface 8A that is one of surfaces of a substrate 8. The acetic acid block sealing material 200 is disposed so as to contact with the light receiving surface 8A where the solar cell element 100 is formed and covers the power generation region 120. The EVA sealing materials 300 and 320 sandwich the solar cell element 100 and the acetic acid block sealing material 200 from both surfaces. The protection material 400 is disposed on a surface of the EVA sealing material on the light receiving surface 8A side, i.e., the EVA sealing material 300. |
