Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment that can stop its operation when a power source is turned off by a normal switch and continue its operation when input power is lost at emergency such as power failure.SOLUTION: A determination circuit 7 determines a difference between loss of power supplied from an external power source 20 and interception for supply of the power caused by a manual changeover switch 2 arranged between the external power source 20 and an LED lighting device 3 on the basis of the difference of a transition of voltage changes. When loss of the power supplied from the external power source 20 is caused, the determination circuit 7 controls an FET 12 so as to supply power to an LED part 30 from a secondary battery 11. When interception for supply of power caused by the manual changeover switch 2 occurs, the determination circuit 7 controls the FET 12 so as not to supply power to the LED part 30 from the secondary battery 11.
