Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that can create a more comfortable air conditioned environment in accordance with the situation of a user.SOLUTION: A vertical wind direction change blade for vertically changing the direction of air blown out of an outlet of an indoor unit includes first and second blades in a freely rotatable manner in the vicinity of the outlet. A turning shaft of the first blade is fixed at a constant position, and a turning shaft of the second blade is configured to be movable to get closer to or away from the first blade. The order of turning a drive source of the first blade and a drive source of the second blade is determined whether target positions to be set next are in an opening direction or in a closing direction with respect to current positions to which the first blade and the second blade are set.
