Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a grating having a coating to prevent chlorine from intruding into the metal texture when immersed in a salt water pool, causing no stress corrosion cracking.SOLUTION: A grating made of soft steel with a carbon content of 0.20% or less or a grating made of austenite SUS is assembled by welding. The grating is then coated with a liquid flux and uniformly heated in a heating furnace, so that a mesh-like (enamel-like) film is formed from the liquid flux. The grating is then quenched in salt water, achieving an enhanced bearing force and strength with reduced weight.
