Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and an image processing program capable of stably and accurately estimating a rolling shutter distortion component.SOLUTION: An image processing system 1 comprises an image input part 10, a motion vector acquisition part 11, and a distortion component estimation part 12. The image input part 10 receives an input of an object image that is an image to be processed. A motion vector acquisition part 11 acquires a motion vector generated by the relative movement of an imaging apparatus, which has imaged the object image, with respect to a subject drawn in the object image at the time of imaging the object image. The distortion component estimation part 12 estimates the rolling shutter distortion component of the object image on the basis of the motion vector.
