Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a signal driving power consumed for transmitting video data to a driver IC 19, when displaying a video in which a black display continues.SOLUTION: An LED video display device comprises: a controller 100 that outputs video data after having performed image processing for input video signals in various formats such as DVI and SDI; a video display unit 300 that includes a plurality of LED elements corresponding to three colors of RGB respectively, and driver ICs for driving the plurality of LED elements, the three-color driver ICs being planarly disposed with a plurality of LED display units 310 connected serially; and a display unit control section 200 that includes a video analysis part 205 for constantly analyzing video data output from the controller 100 and, when the video data is black data, fixes control signals to be applied to the three-color driver ICs to High or Low.
