Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free fastening tool for tightening fastening members such as screw and bolt, which can extend the service life of a coil spring for socket return.SOLUTION: The free fastening tool includes: a pushing member movably installed on the outer peripheral surface of a holding member to abut on the rear end surface of a socket part; a coil spring provided between the inner surface of the pushing member and the outer peripheral surface of the holding member for pressing the pushing member against the rear end surface of the socket part; a spring receiving member for preventing the movement of the coil spring to the other side; a snap ring provided on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member for abutting on the other side end of the spring receiving member; and an annular projecting part provided on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member or on the inner surface of the inner surface of the socket part for abutting on inner surface of the socket part or on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member so that a tilt angle of the socket part can be controlled.
