Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plasma display panel of low power consumption having a high definition and high luminance performance.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a plasma display panel in which a front plate having a display electrode, a dielectric layer and a protective layer, and a back plate are disposed to face each other, the protective layer has a base film and agglomerated particles. The agglomerated particles are arranged on the base film by applying a fluid dispersion containing agglomerated particles onto the base film, and there is a step for giving a sound wave energy to the agglomerated particles in the fluid dispersion.
