PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive inclination sensor with a compact and simple configuration, and a vehicle inclination detection device.SOLUTION: An inclination sensor 100 comprises a plug member 101, a lid member 102, a pendulum body 103, an inner member 104 made of resin, and a case 105. The pendulum body 103 with a permanent magnet 302 attached to both ends of a semicircle ferromagnetic body 301 mounted in the case 105 in a turnable manner generates a magnetic flux, and a magnetic sensor 304 detects the magnetic flux to detect an inclination.
