REPAIR METHOD OF CRACK PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of a crack part which allows a repair material to fill into a repair spot in close contact with an existing portion, without cutting removal of the repair spot even at a narrow and deep crack part, a recess having a small area, and a step.SOLUTION: A repair method comprises: a step 1 of cleaning a crack part 2 and the periphery thereof; a step 2 of filling the crack part with hydrophilic powder having a small particle size such as silica sand 3 such that a recess 5 of about several mm remains on the surface side of the crack part; a step 3 of filling the crack part by injecting an infiltrating and filling repair material 6 having high adhesion and excellent flowability at normal temperature, composed of an asphalt material mixed with toluene, so as to be infiltrated into the powder; a step 4 of continuing the filling of the infiltrating and filling repair material to a position slightly higher than the level of the existing portion such that the whole including the exposed recess and the periphery thereof is covered; and a step 5 of flushing the surface of the infiltrating and filling repair material with the surface of the existing portion after filling.
