Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane-grafted polyolefin having satisfactory adhesion, flexibility and heat resistance, and to provide a silane-crosslinked polyolefin resin obtained by crosslinking the silane-grafted polyolefin.SOLUTION: The silane-grafted polyolefin is obtained by graft-modifying a propylene resin with an unsaturated silane compound. The melt flow rate at 230°C and 21.2 N load of the silane-grafted polymer is 60-800 g/10 min.
