PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document holder having a sense of transparency and excellent in design although it is formed of paper.SOLUTION: In the document holder formed of one paper sheet folded or a plurality of paper sheets overlaid each other in which a pair of continuous two sides out of four sides are closed, other two sides are opened, and documents can be stored thereinside, at least one outer printing surfaces 12a, 13a are provided, and, on inner surfaces of the paper sheets 12, 13 appearing in opening the paper sheets 12, 13 provided with the outer printing surfaces 12a, 13a, inner printing surfaces 12b, 13b are provided where a design same with that of the outer printing surfaces 12a, 13a is dimly printed with ink of 20-80% ink amount of that used for the outer printing surfaces 12a, 13a.
