Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction apparatus in which catalytic activity of a solid catalyst is hardly deteriorated.SOLUTION: The reaction apparatus 1 includes: a reactor 2 in which gaseous raw materials are reacted chemically with each other in the presence of the solid catalyst; and a regenerator 3 where a part of the solid catalyst which is used in the reactor 2 and the catalytic activity of which is deteriorated, is heated in an oxygen-containing gas atmosphere to recover the catalytic activity thereof. A part of the solid catalyst kept in the reactor 2 is withdrawn and transferred to the regenerator 3 and the regenerated solid catalyst is returned to the reactor 2 from the regenerator 3 to circulate the solid catalyst between the reactor 2 and regenerator 3. The ratio A/B (wherein A is the amount of the solid catalyst to be kept in the reactor 2; B is the amount of the solid catalyst to be kept in the regenerator 3) is kept within 0.1-0.5.
