Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a camera shake easily occurs when a conventional shutter is depressed in a photographing function of a portable terminal.SOLUTION: Photographing is started at a moment when a pre-photographing state in which a finger is imaged changes to a non-detection state after the pre-photographing state is detected from a camera image. Thus, a shutter function where a camera shake is difficult to occur is achieved without unnecessarily increasing the number of cameras upon usual photographing or self-photographing.
