Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element with improved brightness while maintaining high reliability.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element includes a semiconductor stack including a light-emitting layer, an insulating layer, a transparent conductive film, a metallic reflective layer, a first metal layer, a first junction electrode, a substrate, and a second junction electrode. The insulating layer is provided on a first surface of the semiconductor stack and has openings. The transparent conductive film is provided on the first surface exposed from the openings. The metallic reflective layer is provided on the transparent conductive film. The first metal layer covers a part of a surface of the insulating layer, side portions of the metallic reflective layer, and a surface of the metallic reflective layer, and has a surface including bumps corresponding to the thickness of the metallic reflective layer. The first junction electrode is provided so as to cover the surface of the first metal layer. The second junction electrode is provided between the substrate and the first junction electrode, and bonds the substrate and the first junction electrode. |
