CONTACT-TYPE INTERNAL THERMOMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact-type internal thermometer capable of measuring internal temperature of a target object quickly, accurately, and easily.SOLUTION: A contact-type internal thermometer 100 includes measurement faces 20, and first and second temperature sensor laminates 33 and 34, each comprising a thermal resistor with a measurement-face-side temperature sensor on the measurement face side and a back side temperature sensor on the back side thereof as a minimum configuration, and also includes: a bypass member 42 which forms a bypass flow path that thermally couples a target object with the back side temperature sensors of the first and second temperature sensor laminates 33 and 34; a bypass flow path connect/disconnect mechanism for connecting and disconnecting the bypass flow path; and an internal temperature computing section for computing internal temperature of the target object on the basis of measurements from the measurement-face-side temperature sensors and the back side temperature sensors.
