PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing device in which a paper material and a rubber band can be retained to an ability part, and the holding position of the rubber band can be arbitrarily set, and that does not inhibit a hairdressing work.SOLUTION: The hairdressing device 10 includes: a cylindrical gripper 11 detachable to an ability part H of a human; a rectangular parallelepiped box-like paper material housing 12, installed in the outer peripheral surface of the gripper 11 in a state of removably storing a paper material P ; two or more rubber band holders 13 detachably attached to the outer surfaces of the paper material housing 12; and a rubber band holding assembly 14, provided on the rubber band holders 13, for giving a tension to rubber bands R to be detachably retained by a state to be expanded. Hook-and-loop fasteners 12f are each adhered to two or more outer surfaces of the paper material housing 12 as an attachment means of the rubber band holders 13 to the paper material housing 12, and a hook-and-loop fastener 14f is adhered to the outer surface of a base end part 14a of the rubber band holding assembly 14 of the rubber band holder 13.
