PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an on-vehicle device and a portable information terminal cooperate with each other in order to enable safe driving of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A system 300 in which an on-vehicle device 200 and a portable information terminal 100 cooperate with each other comprises: a data control unit 310 for limiting use of at least one registered application 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 231, 232, 233, or 234 of a plurality of applications included in the portable information terminal 100; and a data output unit 320 for outputting display of an available registered application (for example, a screen 230 or the like) to a display unit 210 of the on-vehicle device 200, when at least one registered application is available depending on a state of a vehicle having the on-vehicle device 200 (for example, the vehicle is stopped).
