Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing transfer material which is excellent in transferability and allows formation of a light diffusion layer capable of improving light extraction efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device.SOLUTION: The light-diffusing transfer material comprises an organic film containing at least one kind of light-diffusing particles and at least one kind of high refractive index inorganic filler, on a support. A content of the light-diffusing particles in the organic film is 25 to 50 vol.% inclusive.
