Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying unit in a separated manner, while providing a developing unit and a photoreceptor unit separated from each other in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: When a developing unit 6b is in a pressing posture, the developing unit 6b is at a pressing position and pressed by a photoreceptor unit, and when the developing unit 6b is in a separation posture, the developing unit 6b is in a retreat position and is separated from the photoreceptor unit. An image forming apparatus includes a posture setting member 7a that is moved to the pressing position when a conveying unit is attached to a housing, and is moved to the retreat position when the conveying unit is separated from the housing.
