Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump device having high efficiency of heat exchange even though being compact.SOLUTION: A heat pump device 1 includes a compressor 2 for compressing a refrigerant R, an air heat exchanger 5 for transferring heat from the outside air A to the refrigerant R, and a use-side heat exchanger 3 for transferring heat from the refrigerant R to an use side, in a circulation flow channel in which the refrigerant R is circulated. The air heat exchanger 5 is a plate fin-type heat exchanger constituted by stacking a plate element 8 for the refrigerant, in which the refrigerant R is circulated, and a plate element 9 for air, in which the air A is circulated, and the plate element 8 for the refrigerant is provided with a refrigerant enhancing means 16 for increasing a flow rate of the refrigerant R flowing inside thereof.
