Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type impact absorbing foam excellent in impact absorbing property.SOLUTION: The impact absorbing foam includes a foam which has an open-cell structure with through holes between neighboring spherical bubbles, and which has a thickness of 0.01 to 1.0 mm. The foam contains a hydrophilic polyurethane polymer. The average pore diameter of spherical bubbles is less than 20 μm, the average pore diameter of the through holes is 5 μm or less, and the impact absorbing rate is 30% or more at 5% compression ratio, in a pendulum test.
