VEHICULAR SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat, in which separation between an upper rail and a lower rail of an upper-side seat slide is prevented highly efficiently and inexpensively, in a vehicular seat having a lateral seat slide and a vertical seat slide, which are vertically disposed.SOLUTION: The vehicular seat includes: a plate-like first separation prevention member having an upper end stuck to a seat body, and a lower end with a first engagement part of a hook-shaped cross-section; and a plate-like second separation prevention member having a lower end directly stuck to an upper rail of the lower side seat slide, and an upper end with a second engagement part of a hook-shaped cross-section which can be engaged with the first engagement part of the first separation prevention member. When a heavy load is applied from the seat body, the engagement parts of the separation prevention members are mutually engaged, and the load applied from the seat body to the first separation prevention member is linearly transmitted to a vehicular floor face via the second separation prevention member. Therefore, the load transmitted to the lateral seat slide is reduced to prevent the separation between the slide rails.
