Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two member connecting device which is easily and firmly fixes, to a first member, a second member fitted on the first member with light force.SOLUTION: Each of connected pieces 21 of the second member fitted on connection pieces 15 of the first member 12 is formed with a notched groove 25, a portion surrounded by the notched groove 25 is used as a resilient piece 26, and both the resilient pieces 26 are brought into pressure-contact with the outside surfaces of the connection pieces 15 of the first member 12 by a fastening handle 37.
