AUTOMATIC BREAD MAKING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid to spoil bread materials caused by interrupting the bread manufacturing operation caused by abnormality of a motor.SOLUTION: The automatic bread making instrument having a pulverizing process in which grain particles are pulverized by rotating a pulverizing blade in a mixture of the grain particles and a liquid, is characterized in that in the pulverizing process or a kneading process, based on the load of a motor and an advancement of the process, whether the pulverizing process during executing is finished or not is determined. With such a constitution, it is avoided that although the materials are almost pulverized or kneading is almost finished, they are abandoned uselessly.
