Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic device capable of accurately positioning a holding part to a lesion to be treated in the therapeutic device which holds an energy output member by the holding part.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic therapeutic device 10 includes: an ultrasonic vibrator 11 for radiating ultrasonic waves; the holding part 12 which is an elastic member where a fitting groove 121 for fitting the ultrasonic vibrator 11 is formed, and holds the ultrasonic vibrator 11; and a fixing part 13 extended from the holding part 12, for fixing the holding part 12 to a lesion by being wound around the body. The cross sectional shape of the fitting groove 121 is formed larger than the cross sectional shape of the ultrasonic vibrator 11, the holding part 12 is elastically deformed when the fixing part 13 is wound around the body, and thus the ultrasonic vibrator 11 is held by the inner wall surface of the fitting groove 121.
