Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit selecting component other than component having high withstand voltage performance and preventing cost up and size increase of a common-mode compensation circuit by lowering withstand voltage of component constituting a common mode noise compensation circuit.SOLUTION: A power supply device includes: a rectification circuit 2 for converting three-phase AC voltage from three-phase AC power source 300 into DC voltage; a smoothing circuit 3 for smoothing the DC voltage outputted from the rectification circuit 2; an inverter circuit 4 for converting the DC voltage smoothed by the smoothing circuit 3 into three-phase AC voltage and outputting to a motor 200; and a common mode noise compensation circuit 5 for removing common mode noise flowing between the three-phase AC power source 300 and the motor 200, where power source of the common mode noise compensation circuit 5 connects a neutral point N of the three-phase AC power source 300 and R phase, S phase or T phase of the three-phase AC power source 300.
