ORGANIZATION CONNECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organization connection system that automatically enables connection of organizations of a different transmission rate of a connected backbone transmission line that mutually connect the train information management devices.SOLUTION: A backbone transmission line 4 of a low speed type is disposed to an organization A, and a backbone transmission line 14 of a high speed type is disposed to an organization B. When the organization A and the organization B are connected, and the backbone transmission line 4 of the vehicle TC2 and the transmission path 4b of the vehicle of vehicle TC1 are connected, a device reading in a different way 7-1 receives the transmission rate information that the transmission rate of the backbone transmission line 4 is a low speed type from a central device 1-2 of the organization A, controls a switching relay 25, and selects the signal path that connects a central device 11-1 with an electrical coupler 16-1 via the backbone transmission line 14 and the transmission path 4b, and switches the transmission rate.
